We welcome all those who returned to Fire Island Pines from their winter homes or vacation spots be it San Juan, Puerto Vallarta, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami Beach, Del Ray, Palm Springs, Vermont, or little old New York.
We attended the annual Christmas and Spring parties of Pines residents Michael De Falco and Bill Mathews at their winter house in New Jersey.
A Birthday Party to honor Gil Neary was held on April 27 at Reflections in the Pines.
Philip Ferraro, a longtime resident who was a brother to nature. He loved the Pines and Cherry Grove was a hard-working professional gardener to the stars of the both communities.
Kent Dillon, another longtime Pines resident was one of the original drivers for the SAGE Cart Service. A cart has been named in his honor.
On May 26 Whyte Hall will host the annual Pines Care Center Party.
The Annual SAGE fundraiser will follow the following weekend on June 1.
