Yoga for Every Body

Yoga means union, which is about being present in your body and accepting how that feels right now. Come join us for some virtual yoga. Plan on breathing a lot, moving a lot, sweating a bunch and relaxing a lot. Everyone works at their own levels. Alternatives will be offered for more challenging postures. You will work to your own pace and appreciate where you are in this moment. Focus will be on balance, strength, flexibility, centering and strengthening central nervous system. Please plan to participate with yoga, mat, strap and blocks if possible. Dress for exercise and have a water bottle handy for your hydration.
